Saranya. P : Mahe's Cosmo Champion (2018) - My first and Proud Research Scholar
Dear Reader’s,
I've had a great bond with Dr. Maheswari mam since 2018. In addition to overseeing my research, she served as a mentor, an inspiration, a well-wisher, and more of an elder sister.
I feel truly privileged and appreciative to be her first research scholar in her professional life. I was able to successfully pursue a completely new thought as my research topic because of her guidance and support.
She inspires me with her distinct teaching style, insightful advice for her students, ability to mediate conflicts between fellow students, and, most significantly, her readiness to face challenges head-on and go on to new endeavours.
To help teaching professionals fully comprehend their audience, one noteworthy aspect of her presentation style is something they should aspire to and adopt.
As the Department Head, I have seen firsthand how many students have benefited from her fast, impartial, and unwavering support in getting a new course, an internship, higher education, placements, and in all other areas.
She has given me
the utmost support in my studies, personal life, job counseling, and general
well-being. She gives each student and scholar the same attention and makes sincere
efforts to advance their careers. She has encouraged me through my highs
and lows and offered me many insightful suggestions for my academic and
personal life.
Additionally, I have witnessed numerous exceptional students who at first tried to give up on their engineering careers due to various reasons but were morally uplifted and supported by Dr. Maheswari mam to become toppers.
She can realize each
student's true potential and can bring out their outstanding performance.
Through the use of innovative teaching strategies like puzzle sections,
hack-a-thons, and research-based learning, she makes sure that every
student’s attention and active participation in her subject. She also
encourages each student to foster a spirit of healthy rivalry among her
peers.
Overall, she is a good human being and this makes her show interest in student’s academic performance and personal development. In my career, she played a major role as my supervisor and taught me in many things like presentation, teaching, people management, class administration, decision making etc.
I hope she
succeeds greatly in whatever role she pursues in her career and I look forward to
seeing her in the near future in the role of Vice Chancellor, which is
her dream job.
Sincerely,
Saranya.
