Rohit Varma: @2017 (Maheswari Mam is one person who sees who you really are and what you can do!)

Dear Reader's

"Life's journey begins with uncertainty, each step cloaked in fear of the unknown. Yet, along the path, angels appear – those who support, guide, and uplift us in our darkest moments. They are the unseen hands that lead us forward, leaving an indelible mark on our hearts before fading into the ether."

That one angel to me is Dr Maheswari R, finding someone like Dr. Maheswari R. is a true blessing.

As my professor in Digital Logic Design, she not only taught me the subject but also showed unwavering support and belief in my potential.

I'll never forget the time she caught me talking on the phone in her class. Instead of scolding me, she offered understanding and a chance to redeem myself, simply asking me to sit in the front row.

Little did I know, this small act of kindness would pave the way of scoring highest grade in that course.

Dr. Maheswari's dedication to her students goes beyond the classroom. She's a mentor in the truest sense, guiding me through challenges and celebrating my successes as if they were her own.

When I started working on my capstone project, she was there every step of the way, offering invaluable support and encouragement. With her guidance, I was able to turn my dream of developing an application for villagers into reality.

But Dr. Maheswari's impact extends far beyond academics. She's a beacon of warmth and support, always ready to lend an ear or offer assistance whenever needed.

Her genuine care for her students is evident in everything she does, from her prompt responses to requests for recommendations to her unwavering belief in our abilities.

Maheswari mam- She is one person who sees who you really are and what you can do!

I'd like to share a moment from my life when I was working in Bangalore. I had an accident and broke my leg, leaving me unable to walk for six months. This forced me to put my plans for further studies on hold. When I finally got back on track and applied to universities, I was running late and wasn't sure if I could make the deadlines.

In a last-minute decision, I reached out to Dr. Maheswari, whom I hadn't been in touch with for two years. Despite her busy schedule, she took the time to write recommendation letters for me to all ten universities on the same day I asked, and I got admits to all the 10 universities.

Her kindness and willingness to help, even after so long, meant the world to me.

It just shows that even when life throws obstacles our way, there are people like Dr. Maheswari who are there to support us and make a difference in our lives.

I am truly grateful to have had Dr. Maheswari in my corner, cheering me on and helping me reach heights I never thought possible.

And mam I meant every word I wrote you really have created impact in our life and we are truly blessed to know and have you as my professor.

Her kindness, wisdom, and unwavering support have made a profound difference in my life, and for that, I will be forever thankful.

  1. Dear Rohit!!!

One of the naughtiest students in my Digital Logic class!!

As you stated, I observed changes in your attitude. And evident in your responsibilities - you as a leader in many university events.

I remember the days you used to run towards and greet me despite your hectic schedule during your event (You as an organizer, I know your role/responsibilities for every event you organize).

Your capstone project of developing App for a smart village is also one of my remembrances.

You are one among the inspirational students proving that mentor kindness, care, support, and guidance may change the student's attitude to excel in their careers with the right footpaths.

Best wishes to you and keep inspiring your peers and junior learners as always.
