Dear Readers!!


As I sit down to pen  this testimonial, memories of the past four years flood my mind. It feels like just yesterday when I stepped into VIT as a freshman in the BTech CSE program, unsure and tentative.

 And there Maheswari Mam was, not just as a proctor but as a beacon of guidance and support.


I remember the times I faltered in my projects. Instead of losing patience, she saw those moments as opportunities for learning and guiding me toward the right path. Her calm demeanor and encouraging words helped me see past my mistakes and grow. This wasn't just about academics; it was a lesson in resilience, something I'll carry with me always.


One of the most defining moments of my undergraduate years was my second year, filled with the zeal to upskill. I was almost set on a particular online course, thinking it was the best step forward. But a simple conversation with her changed everything. 

She listened, pondered, and then gently pointed out the shortcomings in my chosen path. Not just that, she suggested alternatives, better suited to my career goals. Maheswari ma’am’s advice, steeped in experience and sincerity, was a game-changer. 


It was then I realised the value of her words, "Your parents’ money is worth every single penny," have stayed with me, underscoring the importance of making informed and valuable educational choices. That wasn't just advice; it was a principle to live by.


Ma’am’s commitment to our growth, be it academic or personal, has been a source of constant inspiration. The way she has handled every situation, always putting our needs first, has taught me more about life than any textbook could.


I feel incredibly lucky to have had Maheswari ma’am as my proctor. The lessons I've learned from her go beyond the confines of our college and will guide me in every step of my future endeavors.


Thank you, Maheshwari Ma'am, for being more than a proctor. You've been a mentor, a guide, and a pivotal part of my journey at VIT.

Dear Reader's I failed a total of 19 courses while I was pursuing bachelor’s in VIT from 2015 to ’19.  Maheswari ma’am was my proctor for the 4 years that I was at VIT . I still remember my first semester when I failed 4 out of 6 courses. It is mandated by the university that the proctors call the student's parents to discuss the results if the students fail courses.  Many professors would be angry at you and talk bad about you with your parents, but not Maheswari Ma’am. She was just disappointed that I’m wasting my talent and she told my father exactly the same. In fact she is so supportive she asked my parents not to scold me but to encourage me to concentrate on studies. Luckily I have supportive parents as well. She has the ability to see raw potential in a student and she encourages them to use it. That’s just the tip of the iceberg.
