Dr. Maheswari Raja holds a special place in my heart as not just a professor but also a mentor, guide, and source of immense inspiration throughout my academic journey. Enrolling in her course during my second year turned out to be one of the best decisions I made. Her teaching style is unparalleled, effortlessly blending clarity with enthusiasm. Despite tackling challenging subjects like Computer Architecture and Organization and Operating Systems, she infuses the classroom with energy and excitement, transforming what could be difficult and theoretical material into engaging learning experiences. Her dedication to ensuring every student comprehends complex concepts, coupled with her patience in addressing even the smallest of queries, showcases her commitment to our academic growth.

Moreover, her approach extends beyond the traditional classroom setting. She fosters a positive and collaborative learning environment, incorporating creative activities throughout the curriculum to keep us engaged. Her encouragement of healthy competition among peers motivates us to strive for excellence while supporting each others progress. One of her innovative approach to teaching extended to organizing the "ARCH-athon" competition during her Computer Architecture and Organizations course. This event challenged us, her students, to explore various topics within the course in inventive ways, fostering both individual research and teamwork. Not only did it deepen our understanding of the subject matter, but it also provided a platform for collaboration, creativity, and friendly competition among peers. Through the "Archathon" contest, she not only enriched our learning experience but also instilled in us the value of teamwork and thinking outside the box. Her relentless commitment to excellence sets a remarkable standard, driving us to strive for our best. 

What truly sets Ma'am apart is her unwavering support and belief in her students' potential. She goes above and beyond to share her knowledge, offer guidance, and empower us to reach greater heights in research, academia, and beyond. Whether it's providing recommendations letters, offering mentorship, motivating us to keep hustling, or simply lending a listening ear, her genuine willingness to invest in our success leaves a lasting impact. As I embark on my journey as an aspiring computer science engineer, you serve as my inspiration Ma'am! Dear Reader's I failed a total of 19 courses while I was pursuing bachelor’s in VIT from 2015 to ’19.  Maheswari ma’am was my proctor for the 4 years that I was at VIT . I still remember my first semester when I failed 4 out of 6 courses. It is mandated by the university that the proctors call the student's parents to discuss the results if the students fail courses.  Many professors would be angry at you and talk bad about you with your parents, but not Maheswari Ma’am. She was just disappointed that I’m wasting my talent and she told my father exactly the same. In fact she is so supportive she asked my parents not to scold me but to encourage me to concentrate on studies. Luckily I have supportive parents as well. She has the ability to see raw potential in a student and she encourages them to use it. That’s just the tip of the iceberg.
