Avinash Kumar (2019) : Mahe's Cosmos Champion
Dear Readers!!
Reflecting on my time at VIT, I can't help but feel a profound sense of gratitude. The campus, with its academic vigor, cutting-edge facilities, and lively atmosphere, became the backdrop for my growth and education. VIT's unwavering commitment to excellence has not only broadened my horizons but has also played a pivotal role in my professional and personal development.
Meeting Maheshwari Ma'am: A Turning Point
The first time I met Maheshwari ma'am, I felt an immediate sense of blessing. Her energy and motivation are contagious.
She brought together a group of blockchain enthusiasts, forming a space where we could communicate and share our research work. Being a part of this dynamic team was invigorating.
However, life has its ups and downs. In my last semester, just before placement, a friend and I faced a setback. We failed in the soft skills assessment, and I was devastated. I remember crying and feeling lost.
That's when Maheswari ma'am stepped in. She didn't just console us; she motivated and uplifted our spirits. Her words were a turning point.
Maheswari Ma'am: More Than a Mentor
Throughout my journey, Maheswari ma'am has been more than a mentor; she's been a guiding force. Her unwavering support and insightful advice were crucial for my RBL. I vividly remember receiving the Best Research Paper Award in 2019 at the 17th National Conference on Science, Engineering, and Technology – NCSET.
Her approachability and willingness to invest time in her students make her a true pillar of support.
Completing My Master's Journey
With her guidance, I completed my master's degree in under two years. Even when challenges arose, Maheswari ma'am believed in my potential and provided the necessary support. The result? I proudly received my degree and secured a job in campus placement at Infosys, where I now work as a Senior System Engineer.
I owe a significant part of my success to Maheswari ma'am. Her impact goes beyond academics; it's about believing in the potential of every individual. I'm forever grateful for the influence she has had on my life, and I hope her inspiration continues to touch the lives of many others.
Thank you, Maheswari ma'am, for being more than a mentor – you've been a true catalyst for my journey.
